Compassionate Therapy in Calgary for Adults Navigating Relationship Pain, Life Transitions, and Emotional Overwhelm

Reach out if you…

You are tired of looking like you are managing while inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself. You may be second-guessing your feelings, replaying conversations, walking on eggshells, or wondering why something in your relationships, family, school, work, or life feels harder than it should.

I work with adolescents and adults who may appear capable on the outside, but feel unseen, misunderstood, emotionally alone, or disconnected from their own voice. Together, we slow things down, understand what is really happening, and help you rebuild clarity, confidence, and trust in yourself.

Moving Forward Therapy & Group Workshops

I offer interactive workshops and seminars for schools, social agencies, and organizations that combine psychology, creativity, and practical tools for emotional awareness and communication. My signature program, Box Journaling, helps participants explore how thoughts, emotions, and beliefs influence one another—building clarity, empathy, and self-understanding. Each session is hands-on, adaptable for youth or adults, and designed to leave participants with meaningful takeaways about managing emotions, understanding others, and fostering a more compassionate culture at school or work.
