Individual Session Therapy

Struggling to cope after a toxic or narcissistic relationship? You don’t have to navigate it alone. In our one-on-one sessions, we focus on helping you feel grounded, supported, and empowered. Whether you're processing the past, dealing with current challenges, or preparing for healthier future relationships, we work together toward your goals. This is your space to heal, build insight, and regain your sense of self—one step at a time.

Family Session Therapy

When family relationships are marked by tension, blame, or emotional disconnection, it can affect everyone. In these 90-minute sessions, we work together to uncover the patterns that fuel conflict and create space for each member to be heard. With a focus on safety, communication, and repair, I help families navigate difficult dynamics—especially those shaped by past relational trauma or antagonistic behaviors. This is a space to move from reactive cycles toward mutual respect, understanding, and healthier connection.

Couples Session Therapy

If your relationship feels more like a battleground than a partnership, you're not alone. I work with couples stuck in cycles of blame, defensiveness, and emotional withdrawal—often rooted in unresolved hurt or power struggles. Using a trauma-informed, parts-based approach, we identify the triggers and unmet needs beneath these patterns and shift the focus from conflict to understanding. With practical tools and guided conversations, I help you rebuild trust, improve communication, and move from reactivity to respectful connection.
